Very happy with car and service

My partner contacted Danny regarding a Q5 he had for sale, we went to view and everything was immaculate as stated in the description. Looked over the car and test drove it, again as described. An excellent experience all round. Lots of good cars to choose from. Danny was so helpful from start to finish. Had a few cars ready for me to test drive, decided on one I liked and we worked out a deal that we both agreed on and drove away the same day. After a week or so a very minor problem arose (I bought a 10 year old Land Rover so this is not unexpected and not at all the dealers fault) Danny immediately said bring it in and we will make it right and true to his word within 48 hours a new part had been ordered and fitted by their in house mechanics and was fixed to a high standard. I would not hesitate to recommend Sheering Car Sales and Danny and would 100% buy a car from them again

Went to the dealer to enquire about a X1, but ended up vieing a Q5 and a Q3. The owner Dany was increadibly friendly and gave us a full rundown of the car specs, and let us test drive both cars. Increadibly friendy, welcoming and geuine. Would highly recommend this dealer. All his cars looked in great condition and seemed fairly priced for the market. - AK

I purchased a Mercedes GLE from Sheerings Car Sales. From the get go Danny was on point. Collected the car and drove it home and was really pleased with it. A problem developed and Warranty First (avoid taking out a Warranty with Warranty First at all costs) spent more time trying to avoid taking any responsibility to fix the problem and were as much use as a chocolate fire guard. They gave poor customer service and spent more time saying what they would not pay for and dodging the subsequent bill. Danny at Sheering car sales picked up the call and the baton despite it being a Bank Holiday and being at the airport about to fly away for a holiday. He went above and beyond what could be expected. Sorted it out, paid the diagnostic and deposit bill and made personal contact to see that the car had been repaired to my satisfaction and that I was happy. Sheerings provided a Platinum customers service which put the service of tin pot no grade service of Warranty First to shame. Thank you Danny and Sheering Car Sales. Perhaps you could provide customer service training to Warranty First as it needs urgent attention. Sheerings I definitely buy another vehicle from them and would recommend them to anyone seeking to buy a quality vehicle from a customer focused dealer.

I don't normally leave reviews but I felt I should for this. Purchased a Q5 from Danny 8 weeks ago, entirely on line. He was incredibly friendly and patient putting up with the many MANY emails I bombarded him with and even whatsapp'ed me a video walk around of the car. He arranged for delivery and took care of everything for us. When the car arrived it had a couple of issues with tyres and a locking wheel nut key, but again, Danny was able to come up with a solution that we were all happy with. So far the car has been faultless and I would not hesitate going back to Danny at Sheering Car Sales (assuming he hasn't blocked my emails lol) when it's time to change cars again.

Danny has been absolutely amazing. Very patient and takes good care of his customers. I purchased a car and he went above and beyond to make sure that everything was exactly how I wanted. There were one or two issues with the car which came up afterwards and he made sure to fix them as soon as possible. Excellent overall service and would very highly recommend Sheering Car Sales.
